A: Faculty members (both current and former, including emeritus and retired), researchers, librarians, archivists, and staff members affiliated with VinUniversity are eligible to deposit appropriate materials into VinSpace. A: The ability to deposit published works into VinSpace depends on the copyright agreement you have with the original publisher. If your work is unpublished, you typically hold the copyright and can deposit freely. For published works, review your publishing agreement or consult the Sherpa/Romeo database to understand your rights. If you're unsure or can't find your journal, please contact the Library for assistance.
