Abstract

VinUniversity Library’s Open Textbook and Open Course Initiative reimagines access to learning through AI-powered, bilingual, and multimedia-rich resources tailored to Vietnam’s educational needs. This initiative addresses cost, equity, and accessibility—especially for underserved students—while aligning with national goals for digital transformation. Leveraging technologies like AI course generator, interactive flipbooks, NFC, and AR, the library empowers faculty-led innovation in content creation and scalable course delivery. The presentation highlights key achievements, challenges (such as adoption resistance and funding), and strategic opportunities for libraries to generate impact and revenue.
